I made clear what I wanted and instructed them to call if anything unexpected turned up. They did not call. When I went to pick up car they had charged me for some check work not ordered and had replaced the battery. When I demanded that they put my battery back in they claimed that no one was available to do that. Because of circumstances, I had no choice at the time  but to got along. But I will never return to a shop that does work not ordered especially after I instructed them to call if any problems or questions.
