 + -1 moreFantastic! Although company (and competitors) has a six week backlog, they squeezed me in. Arrived as promised. Jeffery knew the problem and solution before I finished describing concerns. Charged me low hourly rate and no fee for minor parts. Definitely a A+ company that I would use again.

Description of Work: Our garage lights stopped working and we could not find the problem, so we called this company for assistance. We were told that the son, who does most of the onsite work, was out of town and they would have him call when he returned in a couple of days. He did not call and showed up at our door at an inconvenient time. He came back later and spent about 20 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem. He said he would only charge the $75 service fee for a visit. We felt this was a little high because he only spent 20 minutes at our house and was already working in the area that day. (We were not told in advance about the $75 fee.) However, he was professional and pleasant and got our lights working quickly so we did not complain and will likely use him again.
