Robert A Meincke

It was an awful experience!!! Robert's crew is careless, and Robert is far from professional! They have been working on our building for a couple weeks and they just keep throwing their garbage materials all over the place. I have had 3 tires ruined because they refuse to pick up their screws and nails from the days work. Other tenants have also complained about how haphazardly they are tossing items right near our vehicles. After walking through my parking lot because I have now had 3 tires popped I found pockets full of old rusty nails and screws. I called to complain to my landlord whom told me that Robert was responsible to pay for my tires and that they have already had to talk to them about this before. When I called Robert he barly let me get out who I was and why I was calling before he started cursing at me and brow beating me saying that I am a liar and that I couldn't prove he or his crew had done it. The first words out of his mouth Were that he wasn't going to F*@#ing replace my property. Even though I have pictures and the nails. He then tried to blame it on my job site because we had a remodel done over 10 months ago. Then he told me that I was lying about even finding the nails. I told him that I had them if he wanted to come and look and that the maintence guy from my building also had some. He then told me he was out of town for 2 more days then he would come and talk to my maintenance man. After getting off the phone with him I called my maintenance man and he said that Robert had just been there and did look at the nails so he doesn't know why he would say he couldn't come now, because he already did. So I am very disappointed with this man's work and ethics. How can he treat people like this and still work in this town? Cursing and belittling someone whom is trying to express their concern and irritation about the property he has damaged. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND never hiring this man, or his crew. They are careless. They never pick up their work site at the end of the day. And of coarse they are never wrong. Trying to file a complaint has left me feeling threatened and disrespected. This is not how you handle buisness, this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do Not Hire ROBERT A MEINCKE License: 142452
