The company showed up on time and was very prompt at setting up to get started. They laid cloth tarps from the front door all the way to the fireplace which was impressive to me. The fireplace guys that I have called in the past did not do that and I was left with a foot traffic mess across my white carpet. When quality fireplace left it was as if they were never there except that my fireplace looked brand new and works great. They cleaned my fireplace and then refinished it as a complimentary gift. How they handeled themselves was so professional it put my past experiences to shame. Typically I had to wait 30 to 90 days when I have needed these kind of services in the past only to have an unpleasant experience, but when I called quality fireplace they said they could come in a week and if it was an emergency like I had no heat they would come that day. For how busy they seem to be I found that amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great service. These guys were prompt, knew their stuff, and had a great sense of humor to top it off. Thanks quality fireplace services.
