Went as well as it could have been. The mechanics were able to service the start-up clutch rather than a replacement for ten times as much. They were ready when we arrived, lent us a nice car and were finished at the estimated time. Couldn't be more pleased.

As always, Honda World saw to everything in a timely and professional manner. When I left, I was totally satisfied that everything had been checks (given checked report on all items).

We are in a high rain/wind environment, and my new wiper blades were up to the task. My old ones were worn out and leaving more water on than off.

I bought my Honda Insight from HondaWorld in 2006. They went out of their way to find the car as the company had stopped production of the original insight. Early on I had a problem with the tires, actually it was something with the suspension that caused it, I think. They took care of it, no charge and replaced the tires too. They always did great maintenance work. I finally started taking my Toyota to them, since I wasn't impressed with the local Toyota dealership. I wish I could have them set up shop in the Eugene/Springfield area so they wouldn't be so far away

Appointment was kept, free hand wash of car was provided, finished on time. They also were able to check all previous services and let me know what had been done and at what mileage. Things like brakes, timing belt, and spark plugs. They also always follow-up their work with a phone call the next day to see that you are satisfied with what has been done.
