They have excellent customer service. They have knowledgeable people in every department that can help and assist with whatever you need. If they don't have what you need they will look it up and order it for you. You don't even need to purchase anything to ask a question about how to fix something. I shop here for about anything I need for repair or replacement for our home. They know people by name and are very personable!
