Description of Work: Built a 2200 sq ft house. Project took 8 months to complete. Mike worked with us and provided excellent value and customer service. Honest and talented we have called him back to help with maintenance of other structures

+ -1 moreMike gave us a bid that was well below another that we solicited. He and his crew showed up when he said they would and did the work quickly and professionally. Nothing is square, plumb, or true in our old house, so they had a real challenge in fitting new kitchen cabinets that we had ordered from a local building supply store. It seemed to be a piece of cake for them. Everything fit perfectly when they were done. They had to cut through the kitchen wall to install the range hood. It looks good, both inside and outside.

Description of Work: Mike Davidson's crew installed new fascia and gutters. The crews of two men on one day, four men on other days, all worked efficiently, cleanly and followed instructions. They built two decks, and demolished a wall for the expansion of the bathroom. They installed a door and a window. I would recommend this contractor highly, but good luck booking his service, he is very busy. Overall, the best general contractor in Coos County.

+ -1 moreIt started with a garage with cement floors. It had to have all plumbing, electrical, sheetrocking, . I now have a separate bedroom with large closet and bathroom with laundry. The other main room is a livingroom, dining room and kitchen - open but with definite areas. There is a small office and hidden storage area. I thought I figured out a plan of the space but Mike worked with to change my design to better utilize the space. It is so beautiful and well made. There is no wasted space and it is really a home. Did I mention how beautiful the tiling is?!
Description of Work: Remodeled my garage into a home for me. The project included design of the 700 sq ft space and made suggestions on to be utilitze the space. He installed a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets. The tiling in the bathroom is amazing!
