Geneva Floors

The work was one of the most professional jobs I've ever had done.  Always on time, a full day's work and the competence was above reproach.  Ben and Kenny were outstanding.  Ben is a master craftsmen and artist in working with wood.  Kenny was one of the hardest workers I've come across.  His ability to climb stairs all day long is legendary.   All this and they were easy and fun to work with. Geneva Floors is outstanding.

The finished product is beautiful.  The wood flooring looks like it was put in at the time the condo was built. 

They had to reschedule once. Phoned us of their estimated arrival on the date installation began. Ben and Ken did most of the work. Ben is very clean, humorous and strives for a good looking product. They went above and beyond all expectations by purchasing additional pencil tile (I provided the initial product, but under estimated amount) and making a special trip to pick it up to continue the job. They also purchased, delivered and applied a sealer I had omitted buying. During the installation, one area "didn't look right" to Ben. He indicated he had thought about it all night and changed it the next day. Ultimately, they made at least five separate trips to our house to get everything "right" and only charged $100 more for the additional material, delivery, and installation.  They could have used a little more care with the grouting as we used a dark grout which colored our tile when left on too long. It still looks great and we will call Geneva Floors when it's time to replace our carpets (next project).

Great workers. They do premium craftsman work every step of the way. Julie also helped us pick tile which was a problem for us. Both of our projects exceeded our expectations.
