QUALITY TREE CARE

    This was the third time my wife and I have had Fred perform tree work for us. On this occasion, we had a large, dead pine that needed to be removed. Unlike single stem pines, this tree had quite a number of branching features. It was also in close proximity to our house. Fred removed the branches and stems in stages and flawlessly brought the main body of the tree down into an open spot in our yard with absolutely no damage to the house or surroundings. 
    His work on the ornamental cherry tree was exactly what we wanted and his eye for detail helped to shape the tree properly.
    On other occasions, Fred has helped us to trim storm-damaged trees, grind stumps, clear overhangs from power lines and cable trees to add support for weakened branches.
    We will certainly call him again when more work is needed.

I had a landscaper proposal that included removal of the trees and grasses and that portion seemed very high. I had used Quality Tree Care once before so I called Fred to see what he would charge. He was about one third the cost and instead of just a stump cut horizontal to the ground, he used a stump grinder that will help me in replacing what had to be removed. He hauled away everything and did a good job of clean up of all the debris that was generated. And, just like the first time I used his services, he was prompt and wasted no time in getting the job done. (He charges by the hour for a two man crew with a two hour minimum.) He was also helpful with questions I had about other areas of my landscape.

I noticed that he was doing work for my neighbor so I went over and talked to him. He did an excellent job. After he did the job I didn't have any branches laying in the yard after a rain storm. I liked that he explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was able to come and do my job in about a week.

Fred and crew arrived on time and started work immediately. Fred climbed the cherry tree removing branches on the way up to the dead top. Great care was taken to remove the dead top and with more prep the rest of the tree came down right where they wanted it. Clean up went quickly and they left the trunk for us to cut up for fire wood as we had requested. I can't believe how good things look after removing this tree. Thanks Fred!

Fred called within a day or two of my initial inquiry. Even though I was slow to respond, he followed up twice to make sure I was taken care of. He then scheduled a time to come out and quote our properties. The day of the quote he was running late, but called a hour beforehand to warn me and make sure the timing would still work. He was very professional and made sure to understand what I was looking for while giving recommendations (without being pushy). The quote received was reasonable. He then worked with both my neighbors to see if they were interested in getting work done at the same time, and coordinated timing with all of us. The work done was per my request and was well done, with the areas nicely cleaned up afterwards. The invoice was slightly below the quote, making me even more happy. I'm sure we will work with Fred and his team again in the future.

Excellent. Fred was very knowledgeable and discussed the job with us at length before we started. They did a great job for a good price. We will keep using them.

Fred came and made an estimate prior to the workday and the final cost was right on his estimate. Fred and his assistant did a fantastic job. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked diligently all day. Fred was helpful with advice while being very open to any requests we made. Fred was pleasant, hardworking, and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend him to anyone (in fact at the end of his long day with us, he did an unscheduled short job for a neighbor who had observed his work)! We definitely plan to use Fred for the ongoing maintenance of our many trees.

In the November windstorms, we had a very large (probably 10'' diameter, app. 20' long) branch come down from a 40+' alder, leaving a hole in the tree about 25' up. Fred Dye removed the tree, the branch, a sweetgum tree top that had come down, and trimmed some alder branches that were grazing the house. He was very prompt and efficient and helpful, and his actual cost came in slightly under his estimate. Fred also did tree removal and trimming for us previously, and we were very pleased with his work at that time as well.

The job went very well. He performed the job while I was at work. The price given was $500.00 less than another tree service I called. He did all of the work he said he would, and the yard looked great.

Fred was very prompt and efficient. He and his worker were very diligent and Fred was very talented and skilled working with the equipment in climbing the trees. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris.

Fully satisfactory.

I am very pleased with their work, and their bid was substantially lower than two other bids. They were courteous, responsive, on time, and did an excellent job at clean up.

THIS COST WAS FOR 6 HOURS OF WORK. ONE THING I LIKED WAS THAT HE CHARGES BY THE HOUR INSTEAD OF COMING OUT AND GIVING AN ESTIMATE FOR THE ENTIRE JOB. HE DID ESTIMATES ON THE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE JOB. I WAS ABLE TO SAVE SOME TIME DOING SOME OF THE CLEANUP MYSELF AND HE WAS VERY FLEXIBLE ABOUT THAT. HE ALSO DOES THE WORK HIMSELF INSTEAD OF SENDING A CREW OUT TO DO IT.

FRED WAS VERY PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT. HIS ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND HIS FINAL PRICE MATCHED HIS ESTIMATE. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE TREES WERE REMOVED EFFICIENTLY AND WITH CARE TO MY DECK (PLASTIC WAS PUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE) AND OTHER PLANTS IN THE YARD. CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH TOO.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT QUALITY TREE CARE DID FOR OUR APPLE TREES. THE SPRING AFTER WE HAD THEM PRUNED, THEY DRASTICALLY INCREASED THE FRUIT OUTPUT. I ACTUALLY THINK THAT IT EVEN TASTED BETTER.

WE HAD QUALITY TREE CARE COME TO OUR HOME AND PRUNE OUR APPLE TREE. IT USED TO BEAR A LOT OF FRUIT, BUT RECENTLY IT HAD REALLY CUT DOWN. AFTER QUALITY TREE CARE PRUNED IT, WE ALMOST DOUBLED OUR FRUIT HARVEST.

WE WAITED UNTIL THE PRICE WENT LOWER TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT AND REMOVE THE VERY LARGE TREE THAT WE LOST DURING AN ICE STORM. THEY CAME OUT AND CUT IT UP AND REMOVED IT IN ONE DAY.
