Easy, professional, no drama. They are very discreet when inside the home.

First time I didn't wash my own windows.  Now am kicking myself for not doing this sooner!   They're quick, immaculate ... even on 30 ft tall windows with 10 yrs of cigarette smoke!  Very pleasant.  Very friendly.  Very good.  And cost equals about $5/window!

Outstanding, as usual. We've used Ed Starr for 2 years now, on rec. of a neighbor and they have always been efficient, fast and thorough. We use them for gutter cleaning in the Fall also, and that too has always been highly satisfactory. Window washing crew are polite and pleasant young men who work fast and do a good job. I had a window washer who charged me $200 for the same job in the past and I used him with great satisfaction for some years. When he moved out of the area I was upset. And then I found Ed Starr! They're even quicker and more thorough and their bid was $5 cheaper! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend their work to anyone.

Ed Starr was referred to us by a friend; I want to pass on the favor. Ed Starr (and son) came on time to give an estimate, calling in advance to make sure we were home, and promptly went to work once I'd accepted the bid. They were fast, thorough, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves in a way that would meet the pickiest of standards (even blowing leaves off the driveway, and taking them away in their truck). Terrific, friendly folks, doing superlative work for a bargain price.

Got an estimate over the phone and they were able to come and do the work the very next day--called me afterwards, as this is a second home, and told me what they did. Very thorough--a lifesaver!

It went very well with no problems. They had to delay because of weather, but they called to inform me that they could not come out. They clean up well afterwards. They are very nice to work with.

Ed was awesome. He was on time, professional and did a great job. The crew also cleared the mess out of garden areas and off of the porch. He had underbid the job, but stuck to his original bid. I look forward to having them complete the work next year and won't mind paying the additional amount.

ED STARR, AND HIS SON CAME ON TIME, WORKED STEADILY, WERE POLITE, AND RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE GENTLE WITH SPRAYS, CHEMICALS, AND PRESSURE WASHER LEAVING THE HOUSE LOOKING LIKE NEW. WE CANCELLED PLANS TO HAVE THE SIDING PAINTED. PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE. ED STARR SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF PRESSURE WASHING, AND MILDEW REMOVAL.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I HAVE HAD THEM FOR NUMEROUS YEARS AND I AM ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND THEY ARE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY KEEP A LIST. IF YOU ARE LATE, THEY CALL YOU AND ASK YOU IF YOU NEED YOUR WINDOWS CLEANED AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE, AND THEY ARE ON TIME.
