Carpet Cleaning
The experience with Chem-Dry Magic Bubbles was good. They were recommended by a friend of mine. The people were pleasant, they were fine.

Carpet Cleaning
I had asked before the cleaning if they guaranteed the cleaning. I called them as soon as my housekeeper and I noticed all of the spots. The carpet does not even look like it was ever cleaned. A representative came back to look at carpet after I called. They have not as yet scheduled a re-cleaning or spotting to comply w/ their guarantee.

Way overpriced (1.5 times the cost of the previous place). They charged our realtor for the job and refused to transfer it to our credit card. More important, their special pet-cleaning method did not work, even though we ended up being charged $600. A professional carpet installer brought in later said they should never have sold us the job; it could not work.
