Excellent work! On time and on budget

I showed Toby Schwartz our business parking lot that needed minor excavation done. He quoted me a price and then I showed him another smaller area that needed attention as well. I asked him if he could do both areas for the price that he quoted me, he had the job. He was more than willing to take that offer and we agreed on an old fashioned hand shake :) Toby & his son Brody did a great job & I would highly recommend them.

The project was the excavation and leveling of around 700 cubic yards of soil over 8000sf of land. He cut and filled a steep slope into a nice 1-2% slope ideal for a sports/play field. Definitely not a small project and he was able to handle it with ease. He showed up early, stayed late and problem solved to keep the project within the timeline and under budget. His communication was open and consistent. He kept checking in to make sure he was delivering the project that we wanted. Not a fly-by-nighter. You can tell he takes pride in his work. As of writing this I have already recommended him to a friend.

Mr Schwartz has done 2 jobs for me. He demoâ d a barn on the 1st. Months later I had him fix my driveway which is about 3 tenths of a mile long with multiple deep potholes. Both of these jobs took less than a day & the quality of work done was top notch! Iâ d give him 10 stars if possible & definitely hire him again!

Toby cleared 50 years of deadfall branches and established a driveway on a 1/4 acre lot in one day. Amazing. Brought him back for stump removal, grading and to establish a surface drain. Artist with an excavator. Perfect grade and solved erosion and drainage problems. Worked with B.C.X. gravel and prepared a perfect pad and safe driveway for our trailer. I trust him for anything else I need in the future. Reasonable rates. Doesn't waste your time. Extremely responsive to short notice schedule changes. A joy to work with someone so professional.

Toby is the owner of this business. He realized our property, felled trees, stacked them neatly, built a rock wall for us, and graded and rocked our turnaround and road entrance. He is amazing. Very meticulous with his work. Our hime site looked like a magical kingdom when he was finished. So perfect and beautiful. He is quick to respond with texts, always showed up on time, I think he put in a days work without a lunch break, and had a ton of information and useful advice for us. He is a pleasure to work with. And he was the most reasonable in price. Heà ¢à  à  s our guy for the rest of our land improvement project.

Toby Schwartz got the job done and made everything look great! We had a huge in ground pool removed and he got it all removed and filled in, in 3 days. He works alone, rarely takes breaks and is always on time. He’s a hard worker and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to remove large structures/do demolition work.
