I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT AND DO A PRE-INSPECTION FOR ME, AS I WAS PUTTING MY HOUSE UP FOR SALE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, JUST AS I EXPECT FROM A COMPANY.

COATES INSPECTION WAS REFERRED TO US BY OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT. MR. COATES ACCOMMODATED OUR REQUEST TO DO A COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION ASAP BEFORE A RAPIDLY APPROACHING CLOSING DATE. HE MET WITH US AT THE HOME ON A SATURDAY. HE WAS PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AFTER ABOUT THREE HOURS HE MET WITH US AND GAVE US A QUICK THUMBNAIL SKETCH OF HIS FINDINGS. WITHIN TWO DAYS HE HAD COMPLETED A 5 TO 6 PAGE REPORT DETAILING ALL PROS AND CONS. HE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
