The technican arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He went through a complete checklist on the furnace and made adjustments were necessary. He left the paperwork documenting this. He put a sticker on the furnace and replaced the filters. I would use them again.

Excellent workmanship, work completed on time as promised. Possibly not the cheapest, but feel end result was well worth the cost. Completely satisfied and would recommned to all.

I own rental property and got Chip's name from a Real Estate friend. Chip has replaced several gas furnaces at one of my duplexes. He also does annual maintenance on the rental property. Chip knows heating and cooling inside out. He installs in new homes as well as existing homes. He is very good at explaining the good and bad about your system. After he fixed the heat pump he enlighten me to details in the operation of my thermostat that I was clueless about. I didn't know that when the weather was such that the compressor could no longer extract heat from the outside air, I could move a switch on the thermostat to shut-off the compressor. This would reduce energy consumption and wear and tear of the compressor. The heat pump in my house is starting to get long in the tooth. When the time comes to replace it, Chip will be the guy to do it.
