Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Emir arrived right on time, even a little early, calling before he came. He did a thorough job of inspecting and maintaining our old air conditioning unit. He's the first technician who actually went into the attic to work on the air handler, which is not easy to get to. He explained everything very clearly and spend plenty of time. Since our boiler is even older (~50 years old), I decided to purchase their annual maintenance contract and have them service both units every year. He had some ideas on how to improve the heating in one of the rooms.

There was no charge for inspection since it was just put in. They are the best that we have found.

They far exceeded my expectations. It was a complex installation because we were in the process of replacing the siding on our floating home. TEH worked with us on the timing so that they could install the lines inside several exterior walls and through the joists of an overhead soffit area. Then, they had to wait until the siding was complete to come back and install the system. They came when they said, followed through with every detail, and were quite easy to work with. Every member of the crew was polite, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.

Overall I was very pleased by the experience.  My 45-year old natural gas boiler hadn't been serviced in 3 years, and it was over due.  I was able to set up an appointment two days after calling  and the technician (Emir) showed up exactly on time.  He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about boilers.  After servicing the unit (cleaning the flame tray, adjusting gas pressure, etc) he took the time to explain what he did and answer all of my questions.  He made it all seem routine, but after many previous experiences with other companies I know very well that it's not.
And I also have to give them bonus points for how they handled my initial phone inquiry.  Since I hadn't used their company before I was asking quite a few questions and they offered to have the technician call me.  I heard from him a few hours later and he answered all my questions patiently, and seemed very well-versed in his subject.  That's what gave me the confidence to give them a chance, and I'm glad I did.
