Just as expected. Electrician arrived just on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards!

Well, it didnt go as planned. The technician was sick and so, our appointment got rescheduled to the next day (7/24).
We had an appointment at 8 am and no one showed up. After some calls, Mike did come to our place at 9:30 am.
He was very knowledgeable , and took care of things very efficiently. Overall, liked the service provided. True Professional.
But the mis-communication, led to some discomfort. But overall, pretty good.

They were great.  They were easy to work with.  They were professional.  They were nice and personable.  We were happy with it.  

For price, they were slightly better in some areas I got a quote from.  We had some extra like outlet put in and stuff for dishwasher and something for the microwave.  He came and did some extra stuff for me which was cool.  I kept getting the same guy out.

found problem and replacement parts for old system - found and installed discounted parts when available.

I thought they were amazing. They were accommodating, did good work and cleaned up after themselves.

The fans ran fine for awhile until one shorted out, shutting down the fan and a section of outdoor lighting. The bulding mgmt company hired an electrician to diagnose and fix the light outage. Their electrician found that the wiring was not the proper gauge (14 instead of 12). We were contacted and hired another electrician to fix the problem (the bldg mgmt did not want Team Electric back). Our newest electrician discovered a few other code violations (we took photos). Team Electric's electrician did a horrible unsafe job. To the Team Electric's credit, they reimbursed us for the cost of the electrical fix. I was impressed by this but I would never take another chance with this company.
