Jaime was amazing! I had a small window of time to get the work done and he met my deadline!

Jaime and his team came and prepared the house, powerwashing then caulking.  They then covered the windows with plastic and painted the house and trim.  Jaime's team is very thorough and very detailed.  The quality of their work is first rate.   I plan to use them in the future for my painting needs.

I spent about $800. We liked the service they did for us the first time and continued to do an outstanding job. They were efficient, careful and did quality work. They were very nice to work with.

Our units are 3 floors high in front and approximately 25 years old with wood siding. Jaime provided very sound advice as we were deciding on colors and on the quality of the paint to be used. They started with a pressure washing that even include the decks which weren't actually included. This was followed by several days of thorough scraping and priming and always with cleanup afterward. All the masking was done accurately and the painting went smoothly and quickly with all the nooks and crannies (and there were many) well painted. Any and all touch ups were taken care of expeditiously. At all times the entire crew was respectful and pleasant and professional. They satisfied four very different owners, not an easy task. I would highly recommend them.

He had one of the employees to the work. When I looked at it there were some issues and he was there the next day to fix it. He knows that I’m pickier than the home owners and so he is willing to take that extra step to make sure that I’m happy with his work. He buys quality paints and he does everything related to painting be it scrapping or pressure cleaning.

Jaime and his team were terrific. For our appointment, Jaime was prompt, kind and friendly. He gave a great quote that was very price competitive. Once we hired him to do the work, he and his team arrived on time on the scheduled date and were excellent. They painted efficiently and had most of the house and trim done within a day or 2. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we had to delay some final touch-ups until the sun came out again, however, Jaime was diligent about contacting us and getting back to finish the job as soon as the weather permitted. The house turned out lovely and we were absolutely pleased with his work. We would recommend Jaime Sanchez to anyone.
