This was the first deep cleaning of the house in over a year and the first by this company. The crew (owner and her husband) showed up on time and ready to work. My wife walked them through the house and pointed out our priorities for cleaning. We decided to leave and allow them to work without us or our two year old to be underfoot (side note; NO concerns about leaving valuables alone in the house). The price is flat rate for the first hour, then hourly (25.00/per person) after that. They use their own eco-friendly products as well.
For not having been cleaned for so long, the house was in desperate need of a deep clean. RADD cleaning got it about 90% of the way there in just three hours, which is fairly impressive for two workers in a 1200 sq. ft. house.
Only two items stood out on the 'negative' side; the toilets didn't get scrubbed (the owner called about 15 minutes after they left and apologized, saying they had forgotten) and the trash didn't get taken out in any of the rooms. However, plus points for calling and owning up to the forgetfulness and now I'll know what to ask for better next time. Perhaps, when encountering new clients (and especially 'new to housecleaning services' clients), a primer of what is or is not included would be helpful.
Overall, a good experience. We will be using them again.

RADD cleaning is an excellent cleaning service. The staff is very friendly and professional and always does a great job. I'm very satisfied with their work and look forward to when they come!
