 + -1 moreOur original loan was through Premier Mortgage. Back in MARCH (3/26/08)when rates were low, I went in to see our mortgage broker, Heidi Schmidt. It was a little challenging getting Heidi to return my calls, but eventually I got in to see her. She had my husband and I sign papers for a refinance at 5.6%. Heidi informed me it would take about three weeks for the papers to clear and for us to close on the refinance. Heidi even took the time to go through what our payments would look like and how we could add to our monthly payments to save money in the long run. I waited to hear back from Heidi until the middle of May. She did not respond to my first email which asked how the process was going. I emailed her a second time on May 21st and was told my rate was now locked in at 5.75% and someone named Angela was our processor. **I have NEVER heard back from either Heidi nor Angela (July 6th). Rates have now increased considerably and my husband and I have missed out on the rate "locked in" by Premier Mortgage.
Description of Work: Went in to refinance with this company, as our original mortgage was through them. Very disappointed.

 + -1 moreWe have used Tracey Jeffries four times, three of those were purchasing personal residence and once for investment property. We love having Tracey as our mortgage broker. She is on the ball, there's no surprises at closing. Tracey is a delight to work with because she knows her business. I would highly recommended her to anyone that wants a stress free process.
