The exterminator was able to correctly identify the type of ants, which look much like sugar ants, & explained how and why they got into the house & what he needed to do to get rid of them. He did a great job, and we've had no problems with the ants since. He was very thorough and professional.

When they originally came out, they sprayed and the ants came back. I called to have them come out again and they informed me that the guy who did the work was no longer with the company and think they used the incorrect product. Another service guy came out and took care of the ant problem. I haven't had a problem since. They were professional and clean looking. The only thing I didn't care for was that they require you to sign a contract. I would prefer to use a service and pay as needed.
