+ -1 moreThe exterminator was able to correctly identify the type of ants, which look much like sugar ants, & explained how and why they got into the house & what he needed to do to get rid of them. He did a great job, and we've had no problems with the ants since. He was very thorough and professional.
Description of Work: Extermination of moisture ants, in the corner wall of our master bath. This was due to Pioneer Roofing Company ( of Oregon City ) neglecting to install flashing correctly in the corner of the roof above the bath. The result was rain water seeping into the wood, rotting out a large portion of that corner of the house. We needed to replace all the wood, insulation, dry wall, and two sides of the vanity, and then repainted the new siding and inside walls.

+ -1 moreWhen they originally came out, they sprayed and the ants came back. I called to have them come out again and they informed me that the guy who did the work was no longer with the company and think they used the incorrect product. Another service guy came out and took care of the ant problem. I haven't had a problem since. They were professional and clean looking. The only thing I didn't care for was that they require you to sign a contract. I would prefer to use a service and pay as needed.
