The sales experience was good. That is why I bought it. The salesman is the person who is customer service oriented. Initially, they some encountered installation issues, but we worked it out.

Heater was too small and overpriced. Option to re-build the much larger and better existing heater never mentioned. Anti-freeze control installed improperly and failed. Attempts to correct situation were fruitless. Would never recommend this company.

"WE BELIEVE THIS WAS A HOME WARRANTY JOB WE CAN ONLY DO WHAT THE WARRANTY COMPANY ALLOWS AND WE STAND BEHIND THE WORK IF CUSTOMER CONTACTS US FOR REPAIRS, THEY ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN OUR DATA BASE SOW BELIEVE THIS TO BE THE CASE AND WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM."

JOB 1: HE RESPONDED PRETTY QUICKLY. HE FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY, SO THAT I COULD GET THE HEATER GOING. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND GOT IT DONE QUICKLY. ANSWERED OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD, ALSO. JOB 2: THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW ON RETURNING MY CALL. THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF ME, BUT THAT WAS FOR MY POOL. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND REPLACED IT THAT DAY.
