Noah And Associates

Our contacts with Noah and Associates has almost entirely been through the property manager we have been assigned to--Jewell Gosse. I didn't know what to write for "approximate cost" as I only pay monthly HOA dues, out of which a small portion goes toward property management, as is true for the owners of the other 30 units. Jewell does an exemplary job, fast to respond, accurate and clear in her answers, and always on the mark. The entire complex has come to depend so heavily on Jewell that I have no idea how we'd get by without her. Bad property management can be a real headache and our complex had to go through 2 sets before finding our Jewell. I think Noah charges pretty standard rates, but I strongly suggest forgetting about price comparisons and just working with Jewell if you're lucky enough to get to do so. She will solve so many problems for you that she's worth it whatever the cost. (Again, I have no reason to think Noah's prices are anything but in line.) To accurately describe Jewell's job performance would sound like hyperbole, but it's nonetheless true. She knows virtually everything and solves all problems. This is who you want to work with. I know nothing of the other people who work as property managers for this outfit, though it would be hard to imagine the others could be as good.
