Sales staff was a bit pushy, but selection was great & questions were answered promptly & knowledgeably. A necessary change (on our request) in the delivery date was handled efficently, and the actual delivery was prompt with a quick, efficent set up & removal of our old matress.

SEAN, THE OWNER OF THIS STORE, HELPED ME GET THE MATTRESS THAT WORKED BEST FOR ME (I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS) BY LETTING ME TRIAL SEVERAL DEMO MATTRESSES UNTIL I FOUND THE ONE THAT WORKED BEST FOR ME. IN ALL, I ENDED UP TRYING 4 DIFFERENT ONES. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SUPPORT FOR THIS PROCESS.
