KITCHEN TUNE-UP

Mr DeVos spent about 4 months working with me to be sure he designed exactly what I wanted. He printed out layouts and had me post them in my kitchen; as predicted, I discovered what needed to be changed. He is knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions. All materials were top quality. It only took 3 weeks once they started as they wait until all items are in their warehouse before they start. That meant we were out of our kitchen only 2-1/2 weeks. They have their workers scheduled and they show up on time EVERY day Monday to Friday. They are excellent craftsmen and take pride in their work. We couldn't believe they could do that good a job in that short a time. They also will make any modifications you decide you need after they are done, as they want to make sure you are happy. They stand behind their product. They quote a price, sign a deal and that is what you pay.... no surprises during the process! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to everyone considering a kitchen, bath, or laundry room remodel. I would gladly show my kitchen to anyone wanting to see their work. Every time I walk into my kitchen, I say, "woooohoooo!!!! I just love my kitchen!!!!" It went from dark and dank to bright and beautiful!

We selected Scott Logan and Bath Tune-Up primarily because we felt like Scott was straightforward, honest and provided a number of excellent references. Scotts bid was about in the middle of 4 bids that we received. Scott and his helper Joe did an excellent job on our project. They were always on time, cleaned up well each day, were very courteous and professional, and completed the job on budget. We are very pleased with the overall job they did.

We could not be more thrilled with the process from start to finish (we are nearly there)! Working with Rich on the sales end was great. Not only was he enjoyable to work with, but he did what he said he would do at each step of the way. Our cabinet installer was also very pleasant. I had no concerns around giving him a key and allowing him to come and go as needed. He showed up each day at the time he said he would. We had a few concerns post install, and Gary was quick to respond and bring a team to our house to come up with a solution. The countertops were fixed in one business day, and I am certain our cabinets will be perfect soon as well. We have been working on our house for the last few months. From working with painters, carpet installers, landscapers, and kitchen remodelers, the only company who showed up for all meetings on time everyday was Kitchen Tune-Up. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have a beautiful kitchen, and the process could not have been better.

We found almost everyone associated with Kitchen Tune-Up to be friendly, professional, and flexible. They did good, sometimes great, work, and they offered a quality product. They showed up when they promised, and finished in a timely manner. We had occasion to change our minds about small details, and they obliged. The result is a nicely updated kitchen and two baths at a reasonable price.

Very easy to work with. Rich had a lot of good suggestions and was very helpful in coming up with a plan for our kitchen that we would like. We were pressed for time and really wanted the job finished a little sooner than most could do it. Rich said he would try to get it done in time and did just that. The installation process took longer than expected but the result was beautiful. The installer was very experienced and helpful as well. A really nice guy to have working in your house for several days. I highly recommend Kitchen-Tune Up for kitchen refacing.
