Excellent company. Jesse very quick response, quote and service scheduled. Insured. Organic treatment. Tom did work. Polite, professional and efficient. Roof looks great. Put in anchors for safety on the roof. Will use JNR again. Price VERY reasonable. Ahhhh...peace of mind for the winter season.

Everything went great! Jesse is terrific and we discussed many options and other thing I needed done. He had sub contractors for the other two things to be done and I have also made arrangements for them to do some work.

From initial scheduling through completion of a thorough inspection of my 5 year old roof, Jesse and his tech, Tom were outstanding. It was a breeze to schedule with JNR through email (which I absolutely love) and I was given a 1 hour window when the tech would arrive. The morning of my appointment, the tech, Tom was kind enough to call me an hour in advance to narrow it down to a 15-minute window, giving me the chance to run an errand without fear of missing him. Tom was easy to talk to and explained the entire process of inspection before he got started and asked me if I had any particular areas of concern. After he was finished, he came down to tell me exactly what he found and that he did a little spot repair for me on an old bit of caulking. Just a few hours later, I received a full detailed report from Jesse, including pictures, with recommended course of action to extend the life of my roof. He was even kind enough to make referrals to other roofing companies because I could use a little better soffit/attic venting and I have a section of non-composition flat roofing that is outside of their scope of work. Overall, an unbelievable experience and a little money well-spent for a lot of peace of mind.

It went very well. Their website had very helpful information on how the moss removal is done, why complete removal is not always best. I would definitely check out their website - very informative. Gabe did our work and he was great to work with. He did an awesome job clearing the gutters and drain pipes.

They did a great job, we really liked them came quickly, we really liked them. I would definitely recommend them.

We had them come out and check the roof and clean the gutters. Jesse was very informative and honest. We do need to have the roof replaced soon. I wanted the gutters cleaned anyway, which he had someone come out and do. I just was not impressed with the fact that they just swept or blew everything off of the hard surfaces.This ended up having all the debris that was in the gutters all over the yard. So after getting off of work and home after 5pm, I had to clean up after them. It does state on the bill that they only clean up hard surfaces. I should have read that first, or asked. I gave the B rating because I think that it would be better service, for how much they charge to clean up after themselves better.

I will definitely be calling JNR again. They service was excellent! Jesse was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He even was able to do the job on the weekend after my office hours, so no customers were disturb . The cleanup was great and I think I got more than I paid for.

They are really good. They come out once to twice a year. They are thorough. They take before and after pictures, and I like that touch. They fit me in on very short notice. They are very punctual.

He provided me extraordinary service. He was very thorough. He is very top notch guy.

When he got out here, he told me it would be $450.00. I negotiated him down to $225.00. After this experience I will not be using him again. He didn't seem to have the equipment that he had the first time I used them. He did not understand my displeasure.

It took a few calls back and forth to settle on a date for service - the rain didn't help - but once that was set the company arrived on time and completed the agreed service quickly and completely. Roof looks great. They also trimmed back the trees from the roof.

Excellent! Jesse Rice was responsive to my phone inquiry, came when he said for both the estimate and to do the work, called before arrival, did the work and it looked good. I was impressed that Jesse noticed I lived by a creek and knew not to use toxic chemicals on the roof since we are so close to the creek.

He was professional, prompt and had a positive attitude. He was good with logistics. He had a good bid. I would hire him again.

We used JNR Industries last year to de-moss our roof. I didn't want to pressure wash it so he hand removed all the moss and made sure we were satisfied. He also came back 6 months later to treat it again for free. I highly recommend Jessie for roof and gutter cleaning.

They were very personable and took the job when others wouldn't even consider it. They cleaned up very well and I would use them again.

Jesse returned my calls in a timely manner, got the bid done right away, was able and willing to do all the various things that needed to be done so I didn't have to call and hire 3 or more different contractors. He got to the job on time as scheduled, called me to advise me of the details of the job (I live out of town), took before and after pictures and e-mailed them to me. Was personable and offered options of how to get the job done. I would definitely hire him again.

The price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They gave me wonderful service! They also took pictures of the roof before and after and transmitted the photos directly to the insurance company since I had to have this done by a certain time. They cleaned everything up afterwards as well.
