Real estate sales are difficult because there are constant time constraints that we are trying to meet. We called Jack Sunday evening and left a message that we had located the clean-out and that we needed to get him out there asap to get the scope done. We called again on Monday morning and left 2 more messages (one at his office and one on his mobile). After hearing nothing, we called both numbers again and left 2 more messages that we would have to hire another company to perform the scope and to please get back to us and let us know if he could get it done. Still nothing. We called another company at that point and they got to the house within a couple hours and got the job done. 2.5 hours after our last call to Jack he finally returned the call. We let him know we'd already paid another company ($100) to get it done and asked that he refund our payment, to which he replied,"I can scope it now." Not very helpful at that point. More than anything, the fact that he would't return a call was the frustrating part. We would have been able to make arrangements for getting the scope done later in the day, but without a call we had to push forward. We asked for a refund since he didn't get the job done. He refused to offer a refund and would only do a scope.  Again, it was too late. Even a compromise offer of a partial refund would have been nice. Most competitors don't charge unless they can actually get the scope. In our experience we've never been charged extra for having to go in through a roof vent. Since we were under the gun, we felt we had to pay the extra $50 for the already higher than average price of $150.

He was able to get the drain cleared. He was able clear out the pipe and go above and beyond to get this thing to work. He did a phenomenal job. I thought he was pretty honest with me. We did run into a miscommunication, he just showed up one day after I had called him.

Jack was very fast and did a remarkably good job.  In fact, he was quite honest about what needed to be done which saved me from spending an additional $2200.

I called for an estimate. My husband and I took off work for the estimate. Jack never showed and never called to say he wasn't coming or to reschedule. I called him after the no-show and he never called back.

I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT I TOOK A VACATION DAY FOR NOTHING. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND HE COULDN'T JUST BE HONEST WITH ME AND TELL ME HE DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE JOB. WHEN I FINALLY DID HAVE THE JOB DONE I FOUND OUT THAT HIS PRICING WAS WAY ABOVE THE COMPANY THAT DID DO THE JOB.
