Back in 2020 my wife and I hired mick to do an inspection of my house. Day one of the house we found that 3 drains were backed up and 2 faucets were little more than a dribble. Not mentioned on inspection. We next found the furnace control unit was just about fried and the moisture outlet was dripping into the basement and causing rust on the furnace. Additionally there was foundation issues. I learned that the inspector did not go under the crawlspace as it was a bit of a tight fit. When I reached out about this I got very little communication and when I did it was his insurance. Apparently only liable up to the cost of the inspection. Compeltly worthless work they did.

I am a tenant at house that is being sold. We had agreed to the house to be inspected at 9:00. Imagine my surprise when about 9:10 I heard noise in my entry. They had just walked in when they knew I would be home. Did not bother to knock ring a door bell etc. When confronted that you could knock they just said you knew we where going to be here. Very rude to deal with
