General Remodeling
The work was very slow. It took 14 months to get the deck built. Materials were not ordered until they were needed and then there was always a month or two delay because they were on back order. When the deck was finally finished, Lane was paid in full. A few months later I went to refinance my house and found out that a lien had been placed on my home. Lane never paid the lumber company. It has been a nightmare getting this resolved. I have been working on it for 3 months and not a lot of progress has been made. There is a claim being field against his bond. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.
