Craig and his team did a wonderful job and worked very hard during a heat wave. We were very satisfied with the results.

Called so many plumbers who either didn't answer, wouldn't provide a quote or came and quoted outrageous prices ($1200 - $3000 for half days work).  Craig answered my call, gave a free, reasonable quote and best of all did a great job.  He came on time and when the work turned out to be less than expected, he even charged lower than the original quote.  Overall an excellent experience.  I am reluctant to give him too high a rating because once everyone finds out how great this guy is, I might not be able to get him again when I need him. ;-)

Communication leading up to the job was weak at best, and they initially put up the fence the wrong way (vertical VS horizontal) but none of it mattered in the end. When Craig and his crew left our home, the finished fence they left us is gorgeous!! The crew was incredibly friendly and professional and made quick work of our fence even with the initial hiccup.

They did an excellent job and were fast and efficient. Couldn't see where the patch was made.

It went well. The job took 2 days to complete. In addition, Craig at Go Green managed to squeeze in an extra day to attach a top cap to the fence and to change the lock on the gate when I asked about those additions/ changes.

Craig(the owner) and Chris showed up as scheduled and cranked it out! What a team, very efficient and focused.
Took a total of 2 days so the newly poured posts could set properly on the first day. Finished up the second day, easy easy!
The quality and depth of color in the new cedar is awesome. (You wont find it at HD). I will be sure to seal that before the rain sets in.
Chris is a total machine. Quality and efficiency! Love that guy! I can't tell you how much I appreciate dedication to the quality of work. Again, accountability. Our family is sold!

I highly recommend Craig and his crew. I was pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness to my changes.  They removed and replaced my wood patio structure and fence and installed a nice cedar fence and patio. It looks great and my family and friends and I are most impressed with the work.

Great work professional but forgot about us for 2 weeks. They did work on a Saturday to get the neighbor off our backs. The gentleman were nice and professional. Having my yard a construction zone durring BBQ season made it a little less desirable. I would call them first to do any job if I didn't have a pressing deadline.

The job went very well.  They did an excellent job.  He was dependable and showed up on time.  It was done quickly.  
I think he was higher than the other estimates I had.  

Craig has become my go-to guy for all my needed repairs on our Portland rental. He is reasonably priced, responsive, and does excellent work. I have had a range of disparate tasks, and he has managed all of them, from my honey-do list to emergency plumbing repairs.

Overall, pretty good.  The old block fence demo went fine, they were very careful with the neighbor's yard on the other side and the new fence was installed quickly and looks great after two years.  We have had a problem with one lattice panel blowing out of the new fence twice.  Craig returned to fix it last year, but this year we fixed it ourselves.  I called last year to inquire about a deck and another fence installation but never got a call back.

I was away while the job was being performed. It appeared to have proceeded alright. However, there was some misunderstanding between Craig and I as to what the job would entail. For instance, while we discussed using some of the materials from the old fence, I was surprised that 90 percent of the materials from the collapsed fence were used yet the price was not adjusted to reflect the use of such materials. While the workmanship was good and Craig did return to address some concerns regarding the sturdiness of the repaired fence that needed to be reinforced, I was put off by the price given the extensive use of the old fence materials.

We are singing Craig's praises!  Craig was open to creating a very custom design pair of cedar and iron gates and small fence section in order to gate in our back yard (which had previously been fenced.  Though the start time would be a few months out  from the time of initial contact (due to previous construction commitments & design development), Craig was alway communicative about scheduling.  
The end product was well worth the wait! We have received many compliments on our new back yard approach.  We will definitely be calling Craig with any future projects.

They did a great job. That would have been April 2013. Let us say, it was $3000. I was referred through a friend. I would say, budget pricing, not high, basic, and functional. He was thorough, with clean up, and time went us. I chose and gave them the colors, tarnish the surface, and he did it all. It is fine, good, holding up, and that is not chalets with it. He was very responsive.

He came right out. He came out at 10:00 and it took him until 6:00 to get that done. Their service was much less expensive than the finder's service. They were very accurate. He cleaned up his mess and hosed off my walkway. There wasn't a problem at all. It just took a long time and that mud was so bad. I have another job to do so I will call them.

We were satisfied with his work and how much he charged. We were very pleased with it. The quality of the work was most outstanding to me. Sometimes he does get overbooked and can't come around for a while. In this care we were not in a rush so it worked out. He gets back to us before long and never keeps us hanging. It was a pleasant experience to work with him. He did a first rate job of re-pouring the concrete. Their work made everything real nice. His price was very fair and I won't hesitate to hire him again.

.The job went very well.  When they were through, everything was cleaned up so well, we would never have known they were here. Experienced personnel; priced very competitively; top quality materials and work. After original request by phone for a bid, it was just a matter of a couple days before the bid was delivered.  At that time he said he could do the job in approximately five weeks.  He called a good week or ten days early and began work right away.  The workers paid close attention to our planting areas.  Not one leaf was torn. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone seeking fence work or repair.  Our old fencing is over 20 years old and after looking at our new fence, there's no doubt it will last longer.... much longer!

Tue 23 June 2013, estimate of $269.00  was received via email after Craig came out to look at the job.
Thu 27 June 2013 Greg from Go Green arrived in the morning and finished the job in a day.  The job was completed exactly as I wanted!
Thu, 01 July 2013, invoice received via email for $225.55 and paid online.

I thought I had written this review already, but must have forgotten to submit it!
Craig did incredible work! He provided me with a beautiful new cedar fence, along with needed repairs to my deck and gates for almost half the price I was quoted for a chain link fence alone by another company! He and his crew were attentive to detail and clean-up, responded quickly to my additional requests for work, and were cheerful and professional even while working in the Portland rain!
I especially like that they re-used whatever they could, either on my job or another, thus keeping a lot of material out of the landfill. I am very pleased with their work, and have recently requested an estimate on additional work.

Go Green Remodeling and Construction LLC are very nice people to deal with, I felt very comfortable having them in my home, they did a really good job by doing it right, and their price was reasonable. I was happy to have them work for me and I will have them work for me again in the future.

Craig Kerr was great--he showed up exactly on time, sent an estimate, and completed the work in a timely and highly professional manner. I had some extra challenges that made it a bit more difficult to build the fence around, but they did an outstanding job and it looks great! I'd choose them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Go Green Remodeling and its proprietor, Craig Kerr.  Craig is very timely with getting bids back, and I've thrown stuff at him left and right which required modifications to bids and he responds very quickly with updated bids that have been within what I thought was fair and reasonable.  I've also asked him to do one-off, while you're here, type of small things, which he always was willing to do.  He has never charged me over bids and in some cases a little under.  Craig is very personable and friendly!
I was very happy with the fencing job, Craig did a very nice job of matching the wood and the style of board that was already in place.  He also is very conscientious about materials, using reclaimed when appropriate.  I asked him for a new siding bid, but he told me I just needed a good paint job and maybe a few new planks rather than all new siding.  Most contractors wouldn't suggest that.  
I had also asked him to replace an old back door into the garage because it didn't lock but he suggested he could simply install a lock and a window without the need for a whole new door.  It works great after his modifications.
The only suggestion I can offer is that Craig can be a little slow to respond once the job is approved, so best to keep the phone calls flowing.  I stick to email which wasn't the best approach.  But overall experience was very good!

I couldn't be happier.  They did an excellent job at a lower price that the other bid I received.  Craig was able to come up with a design that worked better that what anyone else had come up with.  When the fencing was delayed he even came out on a Saturday to put in the dog door.  They installed the chain link product as soon as it was available and customized part of it.  It's sturdy, works well and they were neat and orderly.  It's especially nice to see the owner on the job rather than delegating it to others.  

Craig Kerr (Go Green Remodeling & Construction) came out for an estimate on a fence project in a timely manner, and suggested good ideas for design as well as cost-saving possibilities. We were preparing rental property for new tenants, and there were several relatively minor things we needed help with, beyond putting up a new picket fence in the front yard. I asked him if he did general handyman work, he said yes, and I showed him around the property pointing out the various things we needed done.  He came back with reasonable estimates on everything within a couple of days. 
He came when scheduled and competently completed everything when he said he would. He's a very personable guy, too, so we're really happy to keep him on our handyman speed-dial, as well as consider him for future bigger projects in our own home.
