Description of Work: Very helpful first visit. They Inspected my roof leak and recommended a separate company to install flashing around the chimney. They promised at the time of their visit and in three separate phone calls to return and make the necessary repairs after the flashing was installled. But after I had the flashing installed, they never returned my phone calls or followed up on their promises.

Description of Work: Lost multiple shingles on the "weather" side of the roof. They repaired the damage, and also did an estimate for an entire roofing job, at my request. I will Hire them for the complete job when I can pull the money together.

Description of Work: "Teo and his crew did an outstanding job. We had a leak in our 12 year old roof and discovered the company who installed it was no longer in business. (so much for a 30 year guarantee.) | |We contacted Teo through Angie's list. He returned our message the same day and come out the following day to inspect the roof. We hired him to repair the leak and he had one of his crew out there the next day. During the repair it was discovered the plywood was soaked. We had him pull up some more roof and found we had quite a few soaked sheets of plywood. At that point we told him to replace the roof. | |What a difference between the first contractor and Teo. We saw the first contractor once, when he bid the job. He assigned one person to install the roof and it took about two weeks to complete. (The roofer disappeared for a few days during the install and it took a call to the contractor to see when he was coming back. (The contractor did not know the installer had disappeared.) | |In contrast, Teo has a manager who checks the job each day to inspect the work. He had a four-man crew to tear down and install the roof. We were contacted daily to make sure everything was to our liking. He took photos and had us inspect the roof during the process so we could see the damage they were repairing. His crew was polite, efficient and tidy. They cleaned their work site daily and completed the job in three days. Teo did not send us the final bill until he had the site manager inspect the completed work and made sure we were satisfied with the job.
