Description of Work: Our garage roof was water-damaged. Giron put on a new roof, managing to get the work done between big rain storms. Lucas also helped my replace a piece of aluminum siding.

Description of Work: Replaced cedar shake roof and installed 3-D Architectural Shingles. It took three and a half days to complete the job. The workers were on time and very friendly. I asked them to do a couple of extra things, which they did. They owner of the company stopped by several times to see how things were going and after completion we had a walk around. My wife and I are very happy with the new roof and would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Provided estimates for re-roofing house & installing new gutters. Co-owner did the site visits & gave demonstration of materials. I've contracted for them to install new roof & gutters in August.

Description of Work: We had our roof replaced. We would have given a C+ / B- but those are not available. Our experience was very up and down with the company. At first it was good, we really liked the person we spoke with about the job initially. He was very professional and honest. But then we had a series of issues; The roofers did not explain to us that we would need to remove the lower part of our stone chimneys in order to put the flashing on correctly ( this should have been communicated before they were on the roof tearing off the layers). Because of this my husband had to chip off the stones in pouring rain two nights in a row to accommodate the schedule. The area around the chimney leaked immediately after they finished the roof and they had to come back and add tar which we believe should have been done in the first place. The next issue was that the guys tearing the roof stressed the overhang on our house (where they where throwing things into a dumpster) to the point it sagged away from the roof and they had to come seal it up with caulking and paint it. Our gutters on the front and part of the back of the house had to be replaced ( which the roofers did but again, would have been better to just take more care in the process). The rain chains from our gutters where removed and three of them broken. In the first big wind 3 of our brand new shingles dislodged themselves. The roofers came out and apparently tried to caulk the nail holes. This was not accepted by us as a way to fix the problem so we called again and they came back and replaced the sections that were in question. It did seem that perhaps there was a lack of strong communication between the actual guys doing the work and the company. In addition we had to have the roofers out twice to pick up nails. I actually bought a magnet sweeper after their first pass and picked up a half gallon bag of nails and twisted metal from our yard. We have pets and a child so this was very frustrating. They did send a gentleman to clean up our attic after and he did a very thorough job the first time which we greatly appreciated. The roofers did remedy each of these situations but in our opinion many of them could have been avoided. We are just hoping that all is well now. This was a very stressful and expensive ($21,000) job and unfortunatly we would not likely use them again.

Description of Work: I had to keep an eye on them and remind that the roof needed vents. There was some leakage around the chimney later in the very heavy rains. Some roofing was later found in the bushes.

Description of Work: The representative was very helpful but explained that he had significant personal responsibilities and sometimes was not able to respond quickly. As I worked with him on trying to decide about various services and products, I found that to be true and decided to use another company.
