Mortgage Companies
We were bidding on a house in Oregon from another state. An unexpected bidding war necessitated a letter of pre-qualification to be submitted within one hour on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to contact one of the owners of the company and get a letter faxed within the time constraint. The following Monday we learned the owner had accepted our bid. Paul Dean walked us through the loan selection process the following Monday and helped us apply for the loan. We obtained a estimate of fees were able to close as required. In the end the estimate was almost dead on. Paul was easy to work with and always available to answer questions. Evergreen Ohana did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!
