 + -1 moreAFTER INSPECTION ON SATURDAY, REP SAID HE WOULD COME THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY TO REPLACE OUR BOILER. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP OR CALL. TRIED TO CALL HIM FOR SEVERAL DAYS, HE FINALLY CALLED US BACK THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. AT FIRST HE SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE OF AN ILLNESS IN THE FAMILY, BUT THEN RELENTED AND SAID HE MIGHT COMPLETE THE JOB AND WOULD CALL US RIGHT BACK. HAS NEVER CALLED AGAIN. WE'VE BEEN WITHOUT HEAT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.
Description of Work: INSPECTED BOILER. SAID IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
