Elizabeth was superb. She priced my home perfectly and, as it turned out, for more than I had thought I could get. She met workmen and inspectors for me when I could not get away from work. She followed up with phone calls to inspectors and vendors and would then present me with the information so I could decide what to do. She guided me while being sure to completely allow me to make my own decisions about things. She is very professional without being stuffy. I had thought I might sell the house myself -- various friends indicated an interest -- but I would have been way off on the pricing and I know I would have gone crazy trying to monitor the paperwork and do all the other things she did. It was a good experience because of her. I would hire her again in an instant.
