From start to finish, the experience was consistently positive. Dan helped us choose the two most appropriate color combinations and accompanied the certified installer, Chuck, when he came to the house to measure. Because the floor was uneven, we decided to replace the subfloor, as well, which was a good decision. Chuck is a skilled, exacting craftsman and he was very careful to mask off the kitchen area with sheeting to keep the dust contained. The job required much patience and an exacting eye, and Chuck did not disappoint. It took about four days longer than estimated, but the detail demanded it. The finished floor is absolutely stunning and is now the focal point of the room! We were so impressed with the quality of materials offered at Ecolution NW that we are going to go back to have Heidi and Dan replace our kitchen island's maple butcher block top with a madrone one. There are so many beautiful items from bamboo flooring to glass tile and countertops, it is a fun store in which to browse!
