For both purchase and refinance, Trudy gave truly exceptional service (easy for us to compare since this is the 4th home we've owned). All our comments are true for both the purchase and refinance. She consistently gave extremely fast service including loan closing, returned calls very quickly and whenever needed, ensured we had multiple financing choices to consider, made recommendations on resolving issues, educated us about pros/cons of choices, explained terminology/processes in simple terms, provided accurate information, used solid appraisers, and was a professional joy to work with throughout. She also sat in on final paper signing with the title company to ensure we had no issues or confusion at that final point. Eagle Home Mortgage sold our purchase loan to SunTrust Mortgage, which was a good company to work with, especially since we could make our payments online, which we like. Trudy is absolutely outstanding, not to mention the lovely personal touches she provides.

PAMELA WAS LIKE A MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THE FINANCING WAS DIFFICULT SINCE THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES, AND MY CURRENT HOUSE HAD NOT YET CLOSED. PAMELA WORKED ALL HER CONTACTS, AND FOUND US AN INCREDIBLE RATE. THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS SHE STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME NEARLY DAILY TO BE SURE I KNEW WHERE WE WERE, AND WHAT WAS GOING ON. EVEN ON VACATION, SHE CHECKED IN WITH ME. HER DEDICATION TO OUR FINANCING, AND SERVICE LEVEL WAS AMAZING.
