They were good. The duct work was cleaned very well. It was sanitized. They came in on time and completed there work on time. They got two dead animal bodies out of the duct work.

Overall, the process was smooth and the work was performed as promised. Gary came out to give me a bid and explained to me what to expect. Because we had such a large system, he said to expect the process to be 8 to 10 hours long. The work crew showed up on time and was finished in 8 hours. They were very clean and were conscious of keeping things neat as they worked. Even though the total cost was much higher than expected, I feel I got my money's worth.

This company did a fantastic job! The technicians were on time and very courteous and respectful. We have never had this done in any of our homes and we have not had to dust in a week! Before they came we needed to dust every other day. The air in our home smells incredibly clean! As far as we are concerned it would have been worth paying twice as much!

I was very pleased overall and would highly recommend Gary Fields and his Ductbusters / RapidVac company. They were polite, seemed through, were patient with my questions and afterwards Gary called me to get feedback about the cleaning. After seeing what was done, the cost was reasonable and should serve us well for several years.
