"Thank you Ms. [Member Name Removed] for your review. I am sorry you had to deal with some disorganization, we have addressed the problems that day and know that wasted time and extra trips are not acceptable. Thank you for the review and we are glad your crawlspace is clean and dry now!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! We appreciate your review and explanation."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the review, we appreciate the B grade, but of course always strive for an A. The gravel that was in your rental driveway was not ours (We have samples and photos at the office) , we didn't have it delivered or use it, it appeared there the day after we completed the work, your tenant called and said we left gravel, but have photos from our crew of a clean driveway, which meant is was delivered or dumped there after our work was complete. Regardless of this, we paid our staff to come remove the gravel at no charge. There were also calls to our office because we pulled our crews out one day due to the tenant of the home calling one of our employees a racist and inappropriate name. At [Member Information Removed] Crawlspace, we value our employees and do everything possible to ensure that they are respectful, honest and helpful, and we expect that they will be treated the same [Member Information Removed] in return. We had to make crew adjustments and deal with the situation which created extra phone calls and time on our part to restructure a crew that would feel comfortable at this job site."
"Thank you for the Grade A review [Member Name Removed]! We appreciate that you chose [Member Information Removed] Crawlspace to help make your crawl space a healthy place!"

"[Member Name Removed], We offer our most sincere apology. Sometimes mistakes happen, we wish they never did. We did send the owner out to remedy the problem as soon as we heard about it. We can't warranty work other contractors work. If the damage to the vapor barrier was due to the plumbing mistake made by our crew and then fixed, we would replace the vapor barrier, if it was due to flooding because a sump pump was unplugged or never plugged in once electricity was installed, we unfortunately can't be responsible for this. I am more than happy to discuss with you any further work we should be responsible for to make your experience more pleasant. You can email me directly at [Removed Hyperlink] to further this conversation, nothing is more important than for our customers to be happy, and if there is anything I can do to earn an A from you, I would do my best to make that happen for you! Thank you! Laura"
"[Member Name Removed], I will look into why nobody has been out to finish cleaning up the areas missed. This is never acceptable, but sometimes happens. I will check with the supervisor on Monday and we will get someone out there. Thank you! Laura"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the A grade, we try our best at all times! Our goal is to help our customers solve their problems, and in your case, keep you from spending money when you don't need to! Thank you again for giving us an opportunity to earn your business."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed], we are happy to hear that our crews are providing outstanding customer service!"

They work hard and do their best, they know that what they do will improve the health of the home and the families living in them! Thank you! Laura"
A young man named Craig (I am not sure of the name) arrived at the time agreed to. He was very personable and professional in everything he did. He was here for about an hour with 40 minutes of that time spent in the crawlspace. When he emerged, he announced that everything was in good shape. He told me of a few minor issues but said nothing really needs attention at this time! That was music to my ears but the best was yet to come. I asked him what I owed and he said that the routine inspection that he just finished was free!
I would strongly urge anyone concerned about the condition of their crawlspace to contact them.
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for letting us and others know about your experience! We don't always have good news, but we are as happy when we do as you are! We urge all to have their crawl spaces checked, for the health of their home and the people living inside! Up to 40% of the air you breathe comes from the crawl space, so it's important to make sure there is nothing down there that could make you sick, like mold, mildew or pest feces. Thank you again for your comments! Laura"
"[removed name], thank you for the kinds words. It is our goal to always help people make good informed decisions and to help them at an affordable cost in a timely fashion should they have issues in their crawl space. We appreciate your review!"
