Clackamas River Mini Storage

We started renting storage space last July, 2012 at an introductory $45/mo. rate for 3 months. After the initial 3 months, I accidentally sent the original amount instead of the updated $64/mo. amount - my error! But, I didn't appreciate getting a letter saying that unless I paid the correct amount that the bill would be turned over to collections and all of my belongings would be held. I think a phone call letting me know of my oversight would have been preferable. The last time I visited my storage space (1/31/13), the code to the building did not work. After many attemps, I contacted the manager and he said that I could get in through another door. There was also no cart upon which to load my items. Hopefully the lock is fixed by now since it is the most convenient door to my space. I feel that paying $64/mo. should insure that all locks are in working order and carts are available.

Our son and daughter also used them and had their stuff there for a year when they were in England and that is how we came to know about them. The office person Dawn was just excellent. She was extremely helpful, explained everything well and was just really professional. We just had a lot of confidence in her when we were struggling with time that we were supposed to do things, when they were open and how to get the key and code. She was very responsive and provided good customer service. We had visited 6 or 8 places that were in this general area and we liked how things were set up and we liked her. It is a really clean place; they offer a lot of security and she went over a lot of security features and they have a lot in terms of security.
