 + -1 moreTerrible. I would never step foot into their store again. Bought a mattress. Reasonable price. If you call $1599 reasonable. Discounted down from above $4K. That should have been my first warning. Slept on the bed one night and knew it was NOT the mattress for us. Called for the exchange and that's when the real trouble started. Extra fees (delivery charges were expected) including a warehouse restocking fee. The discount we received on the original purchase--kiss it goodbye. New exchange mattress (same retail list price) couldn't be discounted similarly. We ended up waiting three weeks for the exchange, slept in our living room on our old mattress AND paid an additional $816 for all the trouble. Can not believe these guys can stay in business. Do your homework.
Description of Work: Purchased a mattress from these folks and would strongly recommend that everyone check reviews before stepping into their store. Terrible customer service. Comfort guarantee policy -- forget it. The "so-called" guarantee cost us an additional $800 to exchange our mattress. Once they've sold you a mattress, you're "stuck". What was reasonably discounted (original purchase) does NOT apply to the exchange mattress. Sleezy sales tactics. Like the "old days" of car dealerships. Dealt with 4 different individuals and they all "speak from the same policy book". Customer experience/service DOESN'T matter. Don't be fooled by their family oriented, cutsey commercials.
