She explained everything we needed to know in detail, and was always prepared with different options and ready and able to answer our questions. She and her team communicated with us throughout the whole process, and were quick to get back to us with any of our own extra needs. When things got a little rocky near the end of the process and closing, Chelsea and her team made sure we understood what our options were, got what we needed done in a very quick manner, and made it happen for us on time. Chelsea was fantastic, and we loved her personality and working with her every step of the way.
Description of Work: Chelsea was our mortgage advisor for our first home buying experience.

 + -1 moreWhat a treat dealing with Chelsea and Alpine Mortgage. I had a few shadows in my credit past and was very nervous talking to anyone about refinancing. Chelsea and her crew were nothing but nice, friendly and very helpful. She quickly set up several options that would work for us and gave us a very straight-forward walk though what each was and how we could get there. We were able to do everything over the phone and online as her office is on the other side of Portland from where we live. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally with no real problems whatsoever. When challenges did come up, she directed us on how to overcome and get things resolved quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend Chelsea and Alpine for your mortgage and planning needs!
