DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
THE OWNER TOOK OFF WITH ALL PROPERTY OWNERS RENT MONEY AND THE BUSINESS IS NOW IN RECEIVERSHIP.
I LOST PREVIOUS TENANTS SECURITY DEPOSIT, NEW TENANTS RENT FOR JUNE AND NOW AM LIABLE FOR THE NEW RENTERS SECURITY DEPOSIT AS WELL. $4500 TOTAL.

Having not seen our condo in 6 years we were happy to see that the condition of it was very good. That says a lot. However, we were disappointed with the service we got. Their bookkeeping was not satisfactory. Communication and responsiveness was not satisfactory from the office staff. We felt they could have marketed our condo at a higher price. (new property mgr is marketing at a $300 increase). Property was vacated once a year and one tenant was reported to be a "h*****". Complaints of "loud s**", possible drugs, several bags of trash hauled out and approximately $2400 out of pocket repairs (we were never able to reconcile receipts with their billing.) So screening the tenant seemed to be lacking.
