Carsten Plumbing was very responsive. Called a little after noon, left a message on answering machine. Chris returned call in about 30 minutes. He was able to get to my job the very same day and made an appointment to be at my daughter's house between 3:30 and 4:30. He arrived about 4:00.
 We were replacing an old, inexpensive unit that wasn't worth a repair. I had purchased a unit from Home Depot that had everything in the box to make the installation, except for the plumber. That is where Chris came in. He arrived at the site and after looking it over, went right to work. He removed the old, installed the new and took the old away with him. Took him an hour, or so.
Excellent job. Cleaned up after the installation and all I had left to do was recycle the cardboard in the box.
I will be contacting Carsten again if I need more plumbing work done.

He came in here and he was very fast and efficient.  He took care of other problems that I know I had.  I would be using him again and I would highly recommend him.  He was friendly and efficient and cost effective.

He did a fine job. Did the work well. I'll call to get him to do minor things, and he would charge for the transportation. Wasn't happy about being given an estimate on the phone that was different than what was charged. He came back the next day though to fix a leaky toilet. He showed up and did a good job, the travel time i wasn't crazy about, but i got a discount. He did what he was supposed to do. No unexpected issues with him.

Great. The work was done the same day I called; the drain was cleared and we've had no problems since.

The proposal was clear, and the work promptly and capably performed as sheduled.

Chris Carsten of CPR plumbing was prompt and gave us a clear and quite fair estimate of the time and price of the project. He seemed quite knowledgeable. He was very polite, and very calm and resourceful when the job turned out to be a bit more tricky than initially anticipated (due to some peculiarities in the concrete piers under our house). I have recommended CPR plumbing to my parents and friends. Perhaps more impressive, our carpenter - who has a lot more experience with plumbing jobs than I do -asked for Chris' card for his future jobs and to give to his clients.

Great. Chris was easy to work with for me. He clearly explained what was entailed in each sub-project and had good suggestions for limiting cost. He was available on fairly short notice and really tailored his efforts to my specific situation. I was so pleased with his service, I had him do some work for my 75 y.o. parents because I knew the work would be done right, in a courteous manner, at a fair price.

This company was on time and very easy to understand. Explained everything in detail. I have actually refereed him to three other people.
