We struggled to communicate with the original loan officer and ultimately decided she was impossible to deal with. We noticed a sign in the window of a different loan location so I went inside and inquired about the sign in the window. This guy, Bill Dolan, agreed to review our paperwork and quickly discovered that things were in a mess and the rates were too high. He took over and took care of us. His integrity was bright as was his knowledge. He assisted with the entire process and everything was completed with ease. We have continued to counsel with him for additional advice. We've recommended him to many others and think highly of him.
