Bill Clark - Alpine Mortgage Planning

As would be expected, we were super nervous about buying our first home. We looked around at a few lenders and then were referred to Bill by our dentist of all people. The difference was pretty noticeable. Bill was very straight forward with the different options we had and didn't seem too salesy. It seemed that Alpine was able to offer programs that other lenders we went to never even mentioned. He told us about a grant program that saved us 5% on the loan amount. After he told us about the program, we called one of the banks we had just talked to and they had no idea what it was. Once we pulled the trigger and went with Bill, it was great. He even connected us with a great real estate agent. We ran into a few bumps here and there but when we would call Bill and freak out, he always calmed us down and explained it to us. If you have never bought a house before, a lot of this process can be a bit crazy. Escrow, title, appraisals. It's a bit of a circus. Having Bill there to call on made my wife especially happy. Which then made me happy!
