 + 5 moreVery well overall. We had quotes from three contactors to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair on our single family 1930s era house. We wanted this contractor to hire and manage subs as well as self perform the work. Big Dog gave us the best proposal. The house was unoccupied so we allowed Big Dog some flexibility in schedule. Work started on Aug 15 and was completed by end of October 2009 which was roughly the schedule we agreed. The work must have been good; the house rented almost immediately after it was listed. Work included electrical upgrades, plumbing and bathroom fixture work, shower tiling, complete interior and exterior painting, dry rot and exterior siding repair, screen door replacement, and lots of miscellaneous maintenance and repair items. Big Dog and his crew were very flexible and cooperative. Making changes and modifying the work was painless and fairly priced. Overall we got a good value from Big Dog for the price we paid. Very satisfied.
