Marketa Popsil was wonderful. She helped us find our home in Gresham and when we wanted to move last year, she was the first person I thought of. Not only did she sell our Gresham home in the first week, she helped us find our current home quickly, which turned out to be our dream home. As the original home we wanted to purchase did not past inspection and we had to find some place quick. She is professional and knows what she is doing. She is the only real estate agent I will ever use.

I called Marketa when we decided to sell our home and to look at house we were interested in.  I had use Marketa when we purchased our old home and would never use another real estate agent.  She worked with us and besides giving us great advice and helping us price our house right, she listen to our concerns, especially with showing the house with our two dogs, two cats and birds.  She help us put a contingent offer on a house that was accepted by the sellers.  The first people that came and looked at our home purchased it.  She has a fantastic inspector that inspected the first house we did and told us to walk away.  With our house sold, we needed to find another home.  This was on a Friday, Marketa sent us listings and we went through them and setup time on Sunday morning to look at about six houses.  We look at the first house that we really liked and that was it.  Marketa took us to lunch we wrote the offer letter right then and gave it to the sellers realtor.  What we didn't know was that another offer had been made on Friday. Marketa worked on our behalf and we had our dream home.  There were problems that came along way, Marketa went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed calm when I was ready to just give up. I highly recommend Marketa for selling your home and helping you find the right home.  She is honest and trustworthy.  You can tell she enjoys what she does.  I never plan on moving again, but if I do, I will only deal with MarketaPospisil.
