We had two beautiful trees taken down by Bartlett due to root rot/dangerous fungal growth. Bartlett (also known as Collier I think) did a fantastic job. They provided great customer service, did a quality job, and I simply can't speak highly enough about them. They sent an arborist out multiple times, at a moments notice, to consult with us about the a tree that was posing an imminent danger during the winter windy season. And they ended up scheduling a next-day removal due to the danger.

I was impressed with Collier because they were so responsive. They arrived when they said they would and gave recommendations without any pressuring. When they came back to prune the trees they were also very prompt and did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them.
