The job was extensive and it was difficult to get answers to concerns during the job. They completed the work. We had 2 areas of damage to interior ceilings/walls that had to be repaired. Now only 2 months later, we have 2 significant water leaks in our bathroom ceiling. We are unable to speak with a supervisor on the phone. 4 business days after our call an employee came out (not during the set appointment time)said he was installing some insulation tape to address "air concerns" after stating that there is standing water on the roof. We now must wait for a response to our concerns that the leak was not addressed, if the tape is even designated for external use on a roof, etc. We are not only very unhappy for it is holding up renovation work on an entire bathroom.
