Roofing
In my opinion ABC Roofing does sloppy work and they certainly don't inspect the roof as the maintenance contract stipulates. They claimed to have tightened the bolts on the drains but didn't notice the asphalt had cracked and pulled away from the drains which the second roofer found immediately. There were also tears in the membrane that ABC never found but the second roofer found and fixed. All of the buildings in our complex that had roofs installed by ABC have leaky roofs. None of us use ABC any longer.
