In my opinion ABC Roofing does sloppy work and they certainly don't inspect the roof as the maintenance contract stipulates. They claimed to have tightened the bolts on the drains but didn't notice the asphalt had cracked and pulled away from the drains which the second roofer found immediately. There were also tears in the membrane that ABC never found but the second roofer found and fixed. All of the buildings in our complex that had roofs installed by ABC have leaky roofs. None of us use ABC any longer.
Description of Work: ABC installed the roof on our small office building in Beaverton. We had a maintenance contract with them where they supposedly inspected the roof twice per year. The roof has leaked from day one but we kept being told it was from the HVAC unit. I had the HVAC guy out and he confirmed the leaks were not HVAC-related so I called ABC and told them the roof was leaking and needed to be fixed. They came out and slopped some tar and gravel in one corner of the roof but did nothing to fix the leaks.
